Galaxy Tab 3 KidsSamsung, one of the leading companies to produce cell phones and tablets, has revolutionized the industry by creating the new Galaxy Tab 3 Kids. This Android device was created solely with the child in mind. The CEO of Samsung said in a statement that they produced it because they saw an opportunity to make a product with a kid-friendly experience. He also said that their product is full of educational material and will keep children interacted. This is a great tool for teaching children, which is why parents will love it. The Galaxy Tablet 3 Kids is designed with an easy to carry case and stylus, so your child will be able to use it without problems. It is projected to come out in Korea in early September, and will be available elsewhere shortly after.

A tablet for your toddler can have a lot of benefits. Technology is growing rapidly, and introducing it to your child at a young age is one of the best ways to get them ahead of the game later in life. Also, the tablet has many interactive games and apps that are great for education. It could also be used as a tool in order to entertain your child because they seem to be captivated by the touch-screen technology. Some people argue that children shouldn’t have technology because they may get addicted to it, but the future is going to be full of technology so why not give them a head start?

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 ReviewThe Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 comes in three displays; the 7 inch, 8 inch and 10.1 inch. Below is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 review of the three.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7-inch

The 7 inch tablet debuted on 7th July and preorders began on June 25th. It comes with a 1,024X 600 pixel resolution TFT display and 8GB storage. It also features an external microSD card slot. The LCD screen has decent brightness and contrast. It however has a high reflectivity which makes it difficult to use in sunlight. It is slim and weighs about 300 grams which makes it very easy to handle.

It comes with the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS which is not the latest version. The good thing is that it comes with the latest version of the TouchWiz feature that is common in most Samsung’s smartphones. Although it does not have the Multi-window feature, you can still run several apps and switch back and forth between them using the task switcher.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0

This version of the Samsung Galaxy tab fits easily in one hand and weighs 11.1 ounces. It has a sleek design what with the narrow strips of white bezel surrounding the 8 inch display. The display has a 1280X800 resolution. The colors are brighter although the screen does have a few reflections when used in direct sunlight.

It comes with several apps and Google services such as Google Now, Play Music, Google maps and Google+. Users can have access to more than 700, 000 TV shows, movies, songs, e-books, games and apps through Google Play. It comes with 16GB of storage unlike the Galaxy tab 3 7.0 which has 8GB storage. It has a 5 megapixel rear camera which is able to capture sharp images. You can also record 720p videos. The front camera has a resolution of 1.3 megapixels which makes it quite useful for video chats if you have decent lighting.

In terms of performance, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 is equipped with a 1.5 GHz dual core Samsung Exynos 4 processor. This makes it much more responsive even with several apps running simultaneously. Its average battery life is 8 hours 39 minutes when using Wi-Fi to surf.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1

The latest entrant into the galaxy tab 3 series is the 10.1. It features a 1.6 GHz Atom with clover trail architecture which is a huge difference from the usual ARM based devices we are normally exposed to. In terms of design, this tablet is not that different from the others. It is lightweight and fits easily in one hand.

It features a 3.2 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixel front one. The display is around 1280X800which is not an impressive resolution. It has the Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean OS and TouchWiz Nature UX experience. Despite it being the first to have the 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, its performance does not outshine the other tabs. It is less responsive than the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0. It also does not have the Multi-view split screen multitasking feature.

Verdict

All the tablets are excellent and come with thin light designs. You can enjoy many software features but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 seems to take the crown and makes a better buy than the 7.0 or the 10.1. A tablet which has a 7 inch display is considered too small while one that has a display of over 9 inches is considered too big. The 8 inch display is much more acceptable. What’s more is that the Galaxy tab 3 8.0 has a higher performance and more features than the other two.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Android Tablet Online!

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Android Tablet

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Android Tablet is finally listed at online retailer Adorama.com. When you click on the product it says it’s not available yet and it sends you to a page that asks for your email address and Samsung promises to notify you as soon as it is available. It lists for $199 under the name:

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8GB 7″ Android Tablet – White
SKU: SSGT210RZW MFR: SM-T210RZWYXAR.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1″ Android 4.1 Tablet 16GB Memory Gold-Brown

Adorama.com has also listed the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1″ version with either the 16GB or 32GB versions available. They are listed for $329.99 and $379.99 respectively.  They appear on the website with the following listings:
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1″ Android 4.1 Tablet 16GB Memory Gold-Brown
SKU: SSGGTP5210GN MFR: GT-P5210GNYXAR
Samsung Galaxy Tab  2 10.1″ 16GB Tablet, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, Bluetooth v 3.0, Wi-Fi, USB 2.0, White
SKU: SSGTP5113ZWY MFR: GT-P5113ZWYXAR.

If you notice it lists the first tab but noticeably doesn’t call it a Tab 3 and on the second tab it evens calls it a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.  I think that is just a mistake on their part.  Either that or multiple websites including news.softpedia.com are jumping to major conclusions in reporting that Adorama has actually listed the devices. Galaxy Tab 3 Review learned last week that the tablet will feature an Intel Atom processor for the first time code named Clover Trail.

Thanks to Androidcommunity.com for the heads up on this information. I fully expect the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 to be released any day now so be sure to check back here for a review.

Battle Of The Electronics Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Vs. iPad Mini and Nexus 7

Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 vs Nexus 7

The world of electronics is getting highly competitive and could be difficult to keep up with. It seems like new electronics are being introduced to the market everyday. People will wait for months for the release of one tablet, only to have another company fly another tablet into the market the next day and swoon consumers away from the first release. Tablets are popping out left and right and it has consumers in a daze with their head spinning, how do you know which tablet is truly the best way to go? Taking a good look at the tablets that are about to be released, this guide will set the stage for your future tablet.

To know which tablet is truly the best choice, you have to examine the products to see the benefits that each tablet is going to offer compared to the others. The three most popular tablets to be released this year are the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, iPad mini, and the Nexus 7.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0

The newest Tab 3 is said to be the guru of all tablets through its perfect screen size and extensive processing. It sports a 7-inch screen, which is the perfect size for viewing purposes, but is also simple to store. 8GB of storage allows you to save your favorite movies and music without having to worry about slow processing.

The release date has been rumored to be in early May. People are growing anxious to see the Android operated system that is said to be one of the best tablets on the market. Samsung has already released a few tablets this year, but the Tab 3 7.0 is supposed to be like nothing anyone has ever seen.

The best part about this product is the price. The 7 inch tablet price has been rumored to be somewhere between $150 and $200, which for a tablet is amazing and will blow the competition out of the water. Many of these tablets are so expensive; they only reach their popularity around the holidays. At a low price, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is going to be a simple gift for any upcoming holidays or graduations.

The apps for this tablet are going to be compatible with some of the most popular apps that Andriod has to offer including all the popular games, videos, and other apps that people have on their cell phones and other devices. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is said to have amazing app speeds that allows you to play your games faster and keep video streaming at great speeds.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Vs. iPad Mini

When you compare the Tab 3 7.0 to the iPad mini, the first thing that is going to stand out to you is the price. There is such a large price gap between the two devices with the iPad mini being more than twice as expensive. When you compare the screen size, the Tab 3 is more compatible for travel. The iPad mini has a larger screen, which could make it difficult to store. Both have similar qualities when it comes to video recording and other tablet factors, so why pay more money for the same qualities?

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Vs. Nexus 7

The Tab 3 7.0 tops the Nexus 7 by offering more camera features such as front and rear cameras. By having front and rear cameras, it is going to have an effect on the applications that can be installed on the tablet. Without front and back cameras, the Nexus 7 is not going to be able to support certain apps. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also has the advantage of removable storage so you never lose your information or have to manually upload your pictures from other devices. The Tab 3 7.0 offers more convenience over the Nexus 7. Similar to the comparison to the Ipad mini, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is cheaper in price than the Nexus 7 and offers more opportunities for apps.

When comparing the latest tablets to hit the market, you can’t argue with results and you most definitely can’t argue with price. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is the obvious choice because it is affordable and offers everything that the Ipad mini and the Nexus 7 has to offer and more. You should be able to enjoy an affordable tablet that offers everything a system has to offer. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 will blow you away when compared to its competitors.
